地方高校产学研合作绩效评价的内容与方法探讨

摘　　要：随着地方高校产学研合作的广泛开展,对相关工作展开绩效评价已属必要。结合高校的三大职能及地方高校的特点,产学研合作绩效评价可以从合作教育绩效、合作科研绩效和科技成果转化绩效三个方面进行评价。在评价方法的选择上,层次分析法可以很好地解决产学研合作绩效评价过程中定性与定量相结合、评价指标相互影响等问题,简化了权重分配的过程,具有一定的科学性和可行性。With the extensive development of the university- industry cooperation in local university,it is necessary to carry out the performance evaluation to the relevant work. Combining with the three major functions of university and the characteristics of local university,cooperative performance can be evaluated from three aspects：the cooperative education performance,cooperative research performance and the transformation performance of scientific research. In the selection of evaluation method, the analytic hierarchy process can well solve some questions during the process of the performance evaluation,such as the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation,the interrelationship of the evaluation index,and so on. It also simplifies the process of the distribution of weight,and has a degree of scientific and feasibility.
