摘　　要：综述了慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的概念和流行病学特征、COPD病人营养不良的现状及影响因素。提出COPD病人营养不良的影响因素尚无统一定论,还需要进一步的分析研究,以便为临床护理工作提供指导。It reviewed the concept and epidemiological characteristics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,and the status quo and influencing factors of malnutrition in COPD patients.It put forward that the influencing factors of COPD patients with malnutrition have been not unified yet,and it still needs to be further analyzed and studied,in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing work.
