扩大地区社会融资规模、优化融资结构的思考与建议——以陕西省为例

摘　　要：本文通过分析2006-2014年陕西省社会融资规模变动趋势、结构特征及其对经济增长的推动作用,从扩大社会融资总量、改善社会融资结构、加强金融机构表外业务监测、大力发展资本市场、合理引导民间资金、提升社会融资规模的利用效率六个方面提出了社会融资规模发展和优化的建议,以此促进经济结构的优化转型,缩小与经济发达地区的差异,增强金融与地方经济间的良性互动。The paper analyzes the changing tendency, the structural characteristics and the promotion effect on the economic growth of the aggregate financing to the real economy in Shaanxi province from 2006 to 2014. The suggestions on the development and optimization of the AFRE are put forward from six aspects such as expanding the gross of AFRE, improving the structure of AFRE, strengthening the monitoring of the off-balance sheet business of financial institutions, greatly developing the capital market, rationally guiding the informal capital and raising the utility efficiency of AFRE so as to promote the optimization and transformation of the economic structure, narrowing the differences with the economic developed areas and enhance the positive interaction between the finance and the local economy.
