电石炉电极升降的嵌入式自动控制系统设计

摘　　要：针对目前国内电石炉主要以PLC和工控机形式构成电极自动控制系统的单一状态,对某企业密闭电石炉电极的控制进行研究和改造,将嵌入式技术应用于电石炉电极的控制中,设计了电石炉电极升降的嵌入式自动控制系统。系统中嵌入式微控制器采集数据并且控制电石炉电极的升降,同时向上位机发送数据和接收指令,保证上位机监控界面的实时性和准确性。系统响应速度快、耗能低、体积小、运行稳定。At present,the electrode＇s motion control system of calcium carbide furnace is mainly composed of PLC and industrial control computer. In this paper,the control of the electrode of calcium carbide furnace is studied and reformed. Embedded technology is applied to the control of the electrode of calcium carbide furnace so that the embedded automatic control system is obtained. The embedded microcontroller collects data,controls the motion of the electrode and sends the data to the upper computer so as to ensure the real- time and accuracy of the monitoring interface. The system has the advantages of fast response,low energy consumption,reliable and stable,small size,and good application in the calcium carbide furnace.
