摘　　要：在新信息技术环境下,如何适应时代的发展,转变图书馆的服务模式,更好的为高校教学科研服务已成为当前高校图书馆建设和可持续发展的核心。阐述了新信息时代对图书馆产生影响的新技术以及带来的服务模式和内容的改变。Service is the core of construction and sustainable development of university library. How to adapt to the development of the times in the new information environment and how to change the service mode of the library is a challenge for universities. In this paper,the new technology and the service mode and content of the library in the new information age are introduced.
