农户参与民办公助小农水建设满意度研究——基于四川省宜宾市的实地调研

摘　　要：运用2012年8月对四川省宜宾市的微观抽样调查数据分析了农户参与民办公助小农水建设的满意度及其影响因素。结果表明,农户参与民办公助小农水建设的积极性和参与度都较高,但满意度还较低。影响农户参与民办公助小农水建设的满意度的影响因素有农户家庭主要农作物、农户农田集散情况、农户家庭年均灌溉费用、补助资金发放形式、农户投入方式、建后是否将产权承包、修建的水利设施类型和项目申报方式。Based on the microscopic survey data of Yibin city in Sichuan province in August 2012, the paper ana- lyzed the farmer＇ s satisfaction and influencing factors to participation in the civilian-run and state-subsidized small water conservancy facilities construction. Result showed that farmer＇ s enthusiasm and participation extent of the ci- vilian-run and state-subsidized small water conservancy facilities construction were high, but their satisfaction was low. The result of model analysis indicated that there were many influential factors, such as the main crops, farm- land distributed situation, household annual irrigation fee, the issuing form of subsidy funds, farmer＇ s input mode, whether contract out the property rights or not, and forms of the water conservancy facilities that had been built and the project application mode.
