摘　　要：在介绍国内外现有期刊评价体系发展现状的基础上,分析了我国学术期刊评价体系存在的问题,并根据我国学术期刊评价的特点,提出了利用加减分法与定量定性相结合的方法制定国家引导的期刊评价体系、自主划定"核心期刊"表和建立数字出版评价体系等建议。Based on the introduction of the development status of the periodical evaluation system at home and a- broad, the article analyzes the problem of domestic periodical evaluation system. According to the characteristics of domestic periodical evaluation system, the paper puts forward some suggestions, that content to establish a national guided periodical evaluation system combined with the method of add and subtract and the method of qualitative and quantitative data analysis, self designation of ＂core periodicals＂ table and to build a evaluation system of digital publication.
