摘　　要：大学生社团企业化是指借助高校社团平台,创立企业化管理运作的创业社团。本文结合高校大学生创业现状以及高校社团特点,探索建立大学生创业社团,并将企业化运作模式融入创业社团,运用企业化的管理制度、运作方式对创业社团、创业团队以及创业项目进行管理和运作,从而帮助在校大学生进行创业培训与实践,促进大学生创新创业能力的全面提升。Combining with the current situation of university students＇ entrepreneurship and characteristics of student association, this paper explores how to set up a college student entrepreneurial association and integrate en- terprise operation model into the entrepreneurial association and try to manage and operate the entrepreneurial asso- ciation, entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial project by using the enterprise management system and enterprise operation way so that it can help college students with entrepreneurial ideas have entrepreneurship trainings and pro- mote the comprehensive promotion of college students＇ innovation ability.
