摘　　要：现代化国家的重要标志是橄榄型分配格局的形成。当前我国社会存在着较为明显的贫富差距,中等收入阶层数量不足,社会矛盾较为突出,主流价值观认同难度大,存在"中等收入陷阱"的风险。橄榄型分配格局的内涵价值,既有经济层面的富裕,也包含了公平正义、爱岗敬业、法治和谐等经济伦理规范,这与社会主义核心价值观的主旨是契合的。逾越"中等收入陷阱"需要加快培育中等收入阶层,形成具有较高稳定性的消费和遵守经济伦理规范的社会群体,从而实现经济社会全面发展。An important symbol of modern country is the formation of the olive- shaped distribution pattern. At present,society of our country exists more obvious gap between the rich and the poor,number of middle- income class is insufficient,social contradictions is more prominent,the mainstream values identity is difficult,there is a risk of＂middle- income trap＂. The connotation and value of olive- shaped distribution pattern both has meaning of the economic level of rich,also contains the fairness and justice,harmony and the rule of law and economic ethics,which is fit with the theme of core socialist values. Over the ＂middle- income trap＂needs to speed up cultivating the middle- incom class,form a higher stability of the consumption and comply with the economic ethics norms social group.
