摘　　要：文章围绕四川大学华西医院康复医学中心项目的规划设计方案,详细阐述了建设康复医学中心的定位及功能需求,全面分析了各个方案的优缺点后,最终经过多次修改完善获得更佳实施方案。由此提出了建设康复医学中心规划设计的基本原则及各医疗功能单元区(康复门诊区、治疗区、住院区、假肢矫形区)的设计要点。The article introduces the Rehabilitation Medical Center planning design of West China Hospital of Sichuan University; explains the positioning and functional demand of the Rehabilitation Medical Center; after analyzing SWOT of each design option, modifies and gets the optimized design. Based on that, proposes the principles of planning a Rehabilitation Medical Center, and design points of each functional area （including Rehabilitation clinic area, treatment area, inpatient area and prosthetic orthopaedic area）.
