灰口铸铁的焊接性分析

摘　　要：焦化厂所使用的众多设备是由灰口铸铁铸造而成,在使用过程中常常会形成断裂或裂纹,于是需对其焊接修补。但因其灰口铸铁特殊的化学成份和物理性质,决定了焊接性非常不良。本文从灰口铸铁焊接金相组织变化及化学成分入手,分析其焊接性,制定相应特殊焊接工艺,进而介绍灰口铸铁特殊的补焊方法及补焊产生缺陷的预防措施,从而有效的提高了灰口铸铁的可焊接性。Due to the chemical composition and physical properties of grey cast iron, many grey cast iron production equipments used in JISCO eoking plant often break or form the cracks during the use, causing the equipment unable to work. Thus, it needs to weld, but its welding process is different from the welding of the general steel. By analyzing the ash chemical compo- sition and physical properties of grey cast iron, the paper analyzes its weldability, and then in- troduces the prevention methods commonly used in welding and welding defects.
