摘　　要：本文介绍了RZZY6000型装药机的结构及工作原理,通过对装药机运行状况及常见故障的分析,改进了装药机的搅拌装置和热合机控制程序,同时对装药机使用过程中的安全注意事项进行了探讨。The structure and working principle of RZZY6000 charge machine are intro- dueed in the paper. Though the analysis of the running status and common faults of the charge machine, the churu-dasher of the filling machine and the automatic control program of the heat sealing machine are improved, the paper also discusses the safety precautions in the process of using the charge machine.
