摘　　要：本文介绍了新疆昕昊达矿业有限责任公司对球团造球工序的改造情况及效果,包括:造球盘本体、边刀、刮主刮刀、副刮刀、加水点、造球盘的角度调整及其它辅助设备改造。改造后,单台造球盘的运行作业率比之前每月提升了20%,造球盘的成球率提升到了40t/h。The paper describes the transformation and effects of pellet pelletizing process in XinJiang XinHaoda company, including bailing plate body, side scraper, main blade, deputy scraper, water points, balling disks angle adjustment and other auxiliary equipment modifica- tion. After the transformation, the operation rate of single bailing monthly than before, the granulation rate of bailing disc is increased disc is improved by 20% to 40t/h.
