菲律宾某电厂#1锅炉落煤管燃烧问题分析研究

摘　　要：#1锅炉从6月20号以后连续数次发生落煤管烧红，导致管道焊口开裂，大量燃烧的煤外泄事故，两度导致#1机组停机、停炉。影响了锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行，因此对#1锅炉出现的问题进行了试验分析，认为主要原因是业主更换了更加容易燃烧的印度尼西亚煤引起的。并且认为锅炉厂对给煤口改造的时候只是重点考虑了磨损问题，对煤流的播撒燃烧考虑不足。Unit 1 coal chutes were burned red in succession for several times ever since June 20, which has generated cracks at coal chute welding junctions and outer leakage of large amount of burning coal, followed by Unit 1 shut-down for two times that has affected boiler safe, stable and economical operations. Therefore, after tests and analysis for Unit 1 boiler problems were made, boiler problems were thought to be caused mainly by the replacement of former as-fired coal with Indonesian coal （which is easier to be burned）. In addition, it was thought that great importance was attached only to abrasion rather than to the sweeping combustion of coal flow during coal nozzle modification by boiler vendor.
