G管理模式在二级医院“院兴科教”中的应用

摘　　要：目的 了解G管理模式在二级医院“院兴科教”中的应用成效。方法 应用G管理模式核心理论并加以完善发展,提出“三阶梯,一平台”的路径和目标,进行科学的可重复探索。结果 自1996年来,该院连续3年获上海市科技进步奖;获上海市临床医疗成果奖2项;获上海市中西医特色专科建设3项;获上海市区县卫生系统学科带头人培养计划4人;获上海市“医苑新星”培养计划2人;获国家级继续医学教育项目2项,上海市继续医学教育项目9项;以上各项科教管理成果名列上海市同级医院首位。结论 该院实施“院兴科教”方案,提出路径和目标,经6年来的探索和实践,取得了预期的成效,有进一步推广或借鉴的价值。Objective In order to invastigate the effects of general administration model appled to 'Prosperous Hospital in Favor of Continuing Scientific Education' of the Secondary Hospital. Methods The core of the therory (general administration model)was applied and developed and then the route and objective of 'three steps and one platform'were put forward. In order to probe into the repetition scientifically. Results Since 1996, this hospital has won The Shanghai Advanced Prizes of Science and Technology for successive three years, two Shanghai Fruit Prizes of Clinical Medicine, three Shanghai Establishment Prizes of Special Departmanl ol Chinese -Western Medicine. Moreover, four doctors were selected into the Plan of 100 Future Experts of Discricts and Conties in Shanghai and two doctors were selected a New Star in Medical Circle of Shanghai. In addition, this hospital has gotten two items of National Continuing Education Projects and nine Shanghai Continuing Education Projects. The total results of administration for continuing scientific education held the first among all the secondary hospitals in Shanghai. Conclusion The policy of 'Prosperous Hospital in Favor of Continuing Scientific Education' has been practised and the routes and objectives were put forward in this hospital. Through six years of research and pratice, the policy has received the desired results, which is worth being popularized or used for reference.
