摘 要:基于EDEM离散元软件,对双卧轴搅拌机在不同充盈率下物混合料搅拌均匀性进行仿真分析,探究合适的充盈率。首先从理论上分析充盈率对搅拌均匀性的影响;其次在EDEM中设置3种不同充盈率进行运动仿真,最后通过对比不同充盈率下骨料和粉料离散系数随时间的变化情况,分别计算各自的有效生产量。综合仿真情况得出:较合理的充盈率为0.35,此时有效出料量最大,总体上阻力相对较小。Based on the discrete element software EDEM, to find a suitalbe filling rate, the mixing material uniformity of twin shaft mix- er at different filling rate is simulated and analysed. Firstly, the effect of filling rate on the mixing uniformity is analyzed. Secondly, three different filling rate is set up in EDEM. Finally, the effective production rate is calculated by comparing the variation of the dis- persion coefficient of the aggregate and powder at different filling rate with the change of time. Comprehensive simulation of the situa- tion: the reasonable filling rate is 0.35, with wchich the effective discharge of the material is the largest, the overall resistance is rela- tively small.
