摘　　要：在分析江苏省太湖蓝藻暴发应急防控技术体系现状研究的基础上,从组织体系协调能力、监测与预警、应急预案和应急技术等方面剖析了当前蓝藻应急防控技术存在的主要问题,并从组织管理体系、监控预警平台、技术投入和创新机制等方面提出了对策建议。Based on the study on current situation of blue-green algae blooms emergency prevention in the taihu of Jiangsu province,the main existing problems of induding organization coordination,monitoring and warning,contingency plans and emergency techniques were analyzed.Besides,the several approaches were recommended,such as the organization and management system,the monitoring and early warning platform,the technical investment and innovation mechanism.
