摘　　要：通过对海南省生态公益林生态服务功能评估,了解生态公益林生态服务功能价值类型构成和存在问题,围绕对生态公益林的规模和布局进行优化调整,促进海南省生态公益林进入有效保护和良性发展的轨道,提出海南省生态公益林建设与管理的对策。Through the evaluation of ecosystem service of ecological public-welfare forests in Hainan Province, this thesis tries to find out its type constitution of functional value and existing problems. By focusing on its scale and layout and thus making an optimal adjustments, which promotes an effective protection and a sound development for the ecological public-welfare forest, countermeasures for the construction and man- agement of the ecological public-welfare forest in I-Iainan Province were put forward.
