摘  要:日本是中国蔬菜的重要进口国,且进口蔬菜市场基本成熟,对该市场的分析有助于我国开拓新的国际市场.该研究运用贸易绩效指标,分蔬菜品种对日本市场上主要的蔬菜供应国的国际竞争进行了测算和比较.结果表明:中国蔬菜在日本市场上的占有率稳定在30%~40%区间内;中国的大蒜、洋葱、萝卜、豆角、菠菜、黄瓜和蘑菇等单品种蔬菜的市场占有率超过60%,但我国仅在大蒜、菠菜、蘑菇、豆角、洋葱、萝卜、黄瓜上具有较强的国际竞争力;美国、新西兰、澳大利亚、加拿大、韩国、泰国、越南以及亚洲其他地区在特定蔬菜品种上的竞争实力远高于中国.Japan is an important importer of Chinese vegetables, and the basic maturity of the imported vegetable market, the analysis of this market will help our country to develop new international market. Based on this, this paper estimates and compares the international competi- tion of the main vegetable suppliers in the Japanese market by using the trade performance index and the vegetable varieties. It was found that the Chinese vegetables in the Japanese market share is stable in the range of 30% -40% ; Chinese garlic, onions, carrots, green beans, spin- ach, cucumber and mushrooms single varieties of vegetables market share of more than 60% , but in our country only in the garlic, spinach, mushrooms, beans, onions, radish, cucumber has stronger international competitiveness ; competitive power of USA, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and other parts of Asia in particular varieties of vegetables is much higher than in China.
