不容忽视的结核性葡萄膜炎

摘　　要：由于我国人口迁徙日益频繁、耐药性结核病的流行和传播不断扩大以及特殊人群（获得性免疫缺陷综合征、糖尿病等患者）数量不断增加,结核性葡萄膜炎已逐渐成为我国感染性葡萄膜炎的重要常见类型.由于该病临床表现多样,目前尚缺乏统一的诊断标准,因此极易被漏诊和误诊,对患者视力造成严重危害.制定出符合国人的结核性葡萄膜炎诊断标准、规范结核性葡萄膜炎的治疗及重视特殊人群的诊疗是未来一段时间我国结核性葡萄膜炎防治的努力方向,我国眼科医师应给予重视.As increasingly frequent immigration in China, the prevalence of drug-resistant tuberculosis （TB） as well as special populations （acquired immune deficiency syndrome, diabetes, etc.） continue to increase, ocular tuberculosis has become an important cause of infectious uveitis.Because the clinical manifestations of this disease manifested in various forms, currently it lacks a unified reliable diagnostic criteria.Misdiagnosis could occur and cause patients＇ visual loss.The diagnostic criteria for tuberculous uveitis in Chinese patients, the standardized anti-TB therapy and the prevention of tuberculous uveitis in immune dysfunctionalpatients should be made and noted as early as possible by all the ophthalmologists.
