摘 要:针对Ti C/Ni金属陶瓷电火花加工工艺进行了研究,主要工艺目标为工件材料蚀除率、侧面间隙和表面粗糙度,工艺参数为峰值电流、脉宽、脉间、伺服电压、伺服速度和抬刀周期。在正交试验基础上,采用信噪比分析结合灰色关联度分析方法,研究了各工艺参数对工件材料蚀除率、侧面间隙和表面粗糙度的影响,优选出一组综合多项工艺目标的最优加工工艺参数组合方案。试验验证结果表明,基于信噪比和灰色关联度分析的优化方法能改善Ti C/Ni金属陶瓷电火花加工的效率、精度和质量。The process parameters of electro-discharge machining for TiC/Ni cermet were optimized. The main process objectives were material removal rate, side gap and surface roughness. The process parameters include peak current,pulse-on time,pulse-off time,servo voltage,servo speed and cycle of tool retraction. Adopting the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) and the grey relational analysis methods, the influence of process parameters on material removal rate, side gap and surface roughness has been studied based on orthogonal experiments,and optimized multi-objective parameters has been chosen. The experimental results show that parameters were better by the optimization of the integrated method of S/N analysis and the grey relational analysis,also the material removal rate,side gap and surface roughness were efficiently improved.
