摘  要:人工手动操作液压快换接头拔、插可靠性试验不仅劳动强度大、效率低,而且拔、插周期不能完全符合试验标准要求。研制的液压快换接头自动拔插可靠性试验装置,能提高工作效率和操作便捷性,且试验各项数据指标可完全达到试验标准要求。The hydraulic quick coupling is plugged and unplugged manually during its reliability test, and this test method not only has the features of high labor intensity and low efficiency, but also the test cycle can' t completely meet the requirements of the test standards. According to above defects, the paper developed a automatic plug-in reliability test device, which can improve the working efficiency and operation convenience, and its test data can completely meet the standard requirements.
