摘 要:为了了解壁行式起重机的动态特性,建立其动力学方程,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立2t/8.7m壁行式起重机的有限元仿真模型并施加相应的约束,然后进行振动固有特性分析,获取其前10阶模态的固有频率和振型。根据谐响应分析,得出起重机在承受载荷时的稳态响应,计算出其在频率区间内的共振频率,为壁行式起重机进一步动态优化设计提供了依据。实际运行中,避免在这些频率下的长期工作将有助于起重机运行的平稳以及动负荷与噪声的降低。In order to understand the wall-sleeving crane's dynamic characteristics,its dynamics equation was established.And a FEA simulation model of the 2t/8.7m wall-sleeving crane was established by use of the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and its corresponding constraints were applied. Then the natural vibration characteristics were analyzed.The first ten natural frequencies and mode shapes of vibration were obtained. According to harmonic response analysis,when the crane was loaded,the steady-state response was obtained. The resonance frequency within the frequency range were calculated,which provided a basis for further dynamic optimal design of the wall-sleeving crane. During the actual running process,avoiding long-term operation under these frequencies helps the wall-sleeving crane run smoothly and reduce dynamic load and noise.
