摘 要:通过沥青基本性能分析方法,研究了实验室制备SBR改性沥青的最佳改性搅拌时间和最佳改性温度等,并利用室内紫外老化加速设备,研究在不同紫外光条件下,老化前后SBR改性沥青的性能变化。研究发现,随着紫外老化时间的增加,SBR改性沥青的复合模量有增大的趋势,同时相位角减小,说明沥青的粘性成分减小,沥青老化变硬。高温温度扫描时,SBR改性后复合模量明显增大,相位角差别不大但增速变缓,可知改性沥青更硬,抗车辙能力更好。SBR改性沥青与基质沥青相比,有更好的抗紫外老化性能。According to the analytical method of the asphalt's fundamental characteristics,we researched the optimum modified mixing time and the optimum modified temperature of SBR modified asphalt in the laboratory.Using the indoor UV accelerated aging equipment,we studied the performance variation of SBR modified asphalt to simulate different acting time of UV.The influence of UV light on the performance of SBR modified asphalt was then investigated.Research data showed that the shear complex modulus of SBR modified asphalt increased and phase angle decreased with the increasing of UV ageing time.This indicated that the viscidity ingredient of asphalt would decrease and the asphalt would get harder during ageing.The complex modulus obviously increased and the phase angle increased very slowly,when we scanned high temperature.We could get to know the modified asphalt became harder and the anti-rut capacity became better.Research results also illustrate that the investigated SBR modified asphalt has better ultraviolet aging resistance than traditional unmodified asphalt.
