摘  要:NaY分子筛是水热条件下人工合成的八面沸石,水热合成有两个基本过程:硅铝酸盐水合凝胶的生成和水合凝胶的晶化。晶化过程过长容易产生P型杂晶。晶化时间的长短与成胶胶团粒径的大小有直接关联。超声波辅助液相合成NaY,实现溶液浓度和周围温度的快速均匀化,使成胶胶团颗粒变小,缩短胶团溶解时间,另一方面促进晶核的形成。结果表明:超声波条件下NaY分子筛晶化速率加快、晶化时间缩短;产品结晶度高,粒度分布变宽,小晶粒增多。NaY molecular sieve is faujasite by artificially synthesized under the condition of hydrothermal. There are two basic processes in the hydrothermal synthesis: the generation of silicon aluminate hydration gel and the crystallization of hydration gel. If the crystallization procession is too long, it will produce P type of mix crystal. The length of the crystallization time is connected to the size of the gel micelle particle size directly. The ultrasonic made liquid phase NaY’s synthesis, to realise the rapid homogenization of the solution’s concentration and surrounding temperature, to make the gel micelle particles smaller, and shorten the micelle dissolution time, to promote the formation of crystal nucleus on the other hand. The velocity of NaY molecular sieve crystallization expedited, the crystallinity of the production was higher, the distribution of particle size became wider, made more small particles, and shortened the crystallization time under the condition of ultrasonic.
