摘  要:介绍了合成气压缩机汽轮机转速下降、其主蒸汽用量及中压抽汽量大幅度上升及压缩机喘振阀打开的事故现象及特点,以及可能由此引起的风险及工艺处理方案。根据事故特征,确认了该事故是由汽轮机V2阀错油门活塞被卡造成的,对此,提出了汽轮机运行时可临时采取的对策,如定期敲击错油门活塞杆。通过对汽轮机错油门及缸体保温的拆卸检查,发现了错油门活塞被卡及其活塞杆密封胶皮伸缩套损坏的原因,并采取在错油门活塞杆环隙处安装了高温橡胶板、对错油门腔体清洗、消除蒸汽泄漏点等相应措施,使故障得以消除。The trouble and feature in revolution drop, the consumption sharp rise of main steam and middle pressure steam extraction of steam turbine for syngas compressor and compressor surge valve open, and its possible causing risk and processing measures were introduced. The trouble caused by pilot Valve piston stuck of V2 valve for steam turbine was confirmed according to trouble feature. Adopting temporary solution was taken during steam turbine was running, like striking the piston rod at intervals. The reason of polit valve piston stuck and damage of its shaft seal bellows was found out by dismantling polit valve and case insulation. The corresponding measures was taken, such as high temperature rubber tile installed at gap of piston shaft in ring, cleaning case inside of polit and eliminating the steam leakage point, and so on, to remove its trouble.
