摘 要:针对一台低氮燃烧改造后的700 MW四角切圆锅炉,提出一种锅炉多煤种低氮燃烧自适应优化控制方法。首先,对神混煤、神混煤掺烧印尼煤、神混煤掺烧石炭煤3种常用煤种开展多工况运行优化控制调整试验,获得各煤种不同工况下的优化控制参数;然后,将这些优化控制参数固化到锅炉机组的分散控制系统中,形成各煤种下的锅炉运行优化控制模式,并设置一键式操作功能;最后,运行人员根据实际燃用煤种信息,采用一键式操作功能选择相对应的运行优化控制模式,实现锅炉实时优化调整和控制。变负荷自动程序控制测试结果表明,所建立的控制模式能够有效实现变负荷过程的自动控制。实际的运行效果表明,该方法快捷、有效,参数调整精确,能杜绝误操作,提升了优化控制效果,增强了锅炉负荷与多煤种低NOx燃烧适应性。In allusion to a 700 MW tangentially fired utility boiler after low NOx combustion transformation,a kind of self-adaptive optimization control method for multi-coal low NOx combustion for the boiler was proposed.Firstly,adjustment experiment on operation optimization control under various working conditions was developed for three common types of coal including mixed coal,blending combustion of mixed coal and Indonesia coal and blending combustion of mixed coal and carboniferous coal so as to obtain optimization control parameters of various types of coal under different working conditions.Secondly,these parameters were solidified into disperse control system of the boiler unit to form operation optimization control mode for the boiler under the condition of various types of coal and set one-button operating function.Finally,operating crew used one-button operating function to choose corresponding operation optimization control mode according to information of practical fired coal in order to realize real-time optimization adjustment and control for the boiler.Test result of load change automatic program control indicates that the established control mode could effectively realize automatic control on load change process.Practical operational effect indicates that this method is fast and effective which could realize precise adjustment on parameters and avoid false operation as well as improve effects of optimization control and enhance adaptability of boiler load and multi-coal low NOx combustion.
