宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术的人性化护理干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术的人性化护理临床效果。方法:选自2012年3月-2013年2月,在我院治疗子宫内膜息肉手术的女性患者250例,将其设为对照组;选自2013年3月-2014年2月,在我院治疗子宫内膜息肉手术的女性患者250例,将其设为观察组。对照组女性患者实施常规手术护理,给观察组女性患者实施常规护理联合人性化护理措施。监测女性患者的出血情况,统计其手术时间,并测评其对护理的满意程度。结果:观察组女性患者出现阴道不规则出血的例数和出血量均少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组女性患者的总满意度为92.40%高于对照组的65.20%(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理应用于宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术,对于改善患者术中身心状态,促进手术的顺利进行具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of humane care and hysteroscopic resection of the endometrium. Methods 250 cases selected from March 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital treatment of endometrial polyp surgery female patients, were set in the control group; 250 cases of female patients selected from March 2013 to February 2014 in, set in the observation group. Controls the implementation of routine surgical care, humane implementation of routine nursing care combined with the observation group. Monitoring bleeding, surgical time statistics, and evaluation of its nursing satisfaction.Result Female patients in the observation group of number of cases of abnormal vaginal bleeding and bleeding volume than the control group, the operation time is shorter than in the control group（P 0.05）; observation group total satisfaction of female patients was higher（P 0.05）. Conclusion Humane care applies hysteroscopic endometrial resection of the operating room nursing, surgery to improve physical and mental state of the patient, to promote the smooth operation of positive significance.
