德化陶瓷产业集群创新发展能力研究

摘　　要：德化陶瓷产业集群经过了六十多年的高速发展,已使德化成为福建最大的陶瓷产业基地,德化陶瓷产业集群也成为中国百家产业集群。基于集群创新的意识、资源、合作网络、活动和绩效等指标,对德化陶瓷产业集群的创新发展能力进行深入分析。研究结果表明,德化陶瓷产业具有与众不同的特殊创新能力,具有本地特色的创新经验,但也存在诸如人才流失严重等约束产业集群发展的突出问题。The study analyses the innovation capacity through the following factors： innovation awareness, innovation resources, cooperation network, innovation event and innovation performance. The result shows that Dehua Ceramics has distinctive innovation capacity and has local highlights innovation experience, but there has some problem such as serious brain-drain which constrain Dehua Ceramics industry cluster development.
