氟比洛芬酯脂微球用于腹腔镜手术超前镇痛54例及护理要点

摘　　要：目的探讨氟比洛芬酯微球注射液在腹腔镜手术超前镇痛的效果。方法将108例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组患者术后采用芬太尼镇痛昂丹司琼止吐处理,观察组患者采用氟比洛芬酯微球注射液镇痛。结果术后48 h内对照组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)显著高于观察组(P<0.05),Bruggrmann舒适度评分(BCS)显著低于观察组(P<0.05);两组患者生命体征显示比较,观察组更接近生理正常值;观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯微球注射液用于腹腔镜手术后超前镇痛疗效确切,安全,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of flurbiprofen axetil microsphere injection analgesia in laparoscopic operation of ad- vanced effect. Methods 108 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given by fentanyl and ondansetron antiemetic treatment, patients in the obser- vation group will be non steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs for the replacement of flurbiprofen axetil microsphere injection. Results 48 h after operation,the score of VAS in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group（P 〈 0. 05）. The BCS score of the control group was significantly lower than the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The vital signs of the two groups showed that the observation group was closer to the physiological normal value. In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil microsphere injection for la- paroscopic surgery after preemptive analgesia efficacy,process safety and adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
