摘  要:目的建立测定喘止咳糖浆含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为UltimateXB—C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(pH=3.0,0.4%的三乙胺)-甲醇(96:4),流速0.9mL/min,枉温30℃,检测波长210nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在1.9344~30.9500μg/mL(r=1.0000)与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.50%;盐酸伪麻黄碱质量浓度在2.4813—39.7000μg/mL(r=0.9999)与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.57%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好.适用于定喘止咳糖浆的质量控制。Objective To formulate the HPLC method of content determination of the Dingchuan Zhike Syrup. Methods The chromatog- raphy: Ultimate-XB C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm); Mobile phase: methanol-0. 02 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH = 3. 0, containing 0. 4% of triethylamine) (96: 4); flow rate: 0. 9 mL/min; column temperature: 30 ℃; detection wavelength: 210 nm. Results Ephedrine hydroehloride was linear in the range of 1.934 4-30.950 0 μg/mL(r=1.000 0), the average recovery was 99. 50%. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 2.481 3-39. 700 0 μg/mL( r =0. 999 9), the average recovery was 96. 57% (n =5). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, it also has good reproducibility. This method can be applied to con- trol the quality of the dingchuan zhike syrup.
