β-七叶皂苷钠联合牵引与推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病62例

摘　　要：目的观察β-七叶皂苷钠联合牵引与推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将108例确诊患者随机分为观察组62例和对照组46例。两组患者均予以牵引和推拿治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用β-七叶皂苷钠。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者总有效率显著提高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后疼痛指数较前均显著下降(P<0.05),但组间未见明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组血浆内皮素(ET)、血栓素B2(TXB2)含量均有下降趋势,且降幅大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的6-酮-前列腺素F1(6-K-PGF1)水平呈上升趋势,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用β-七叶皂苷钠治疗神经根型颈椎病,能有效消除神经根及周围组织的炎症,改善微循环,安全性较好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium aescinate combined with traction and massage in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Totally 108 patients were randomly divided into the observation group（62 case） and the control group（46 cases）. Two groups were given traction and massage therapy,on this basis,the observation group was added sodium aeseinate. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group increased significantly（ P 〈 0.05）; after treat- ment, the pain index was significantly decreased in the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）, but the difference between the two group has no significantly difference（ P 〉 0. 05）;after treatment,the ET and TXB2 levels were decreased in the two groups（P 〈 0. 05）,and the ob- servation group decreased more significantly than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. The 6- K-PGF1 levels of the observation group signifi- cantly increased,and had significant difference compared with the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The occurrence rate of the adverse reac- tions had no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Sodium aescinate in treating cervical spondylotic radieulopathy can effectively eliminate the inflammation of the nerve root and surrounding tissue, improve the mieroeirculation. It is high- ly safe and is worthy of clinical promotion.
