摘  要:目的 探讨大鼠生后伏膈核细胞形态的发育变化规律。方法 选取出生后 1个月内不同时期的大鼠 ,分别进行尼氏染色和免疫组化染色 ,借助于计算机辅助图像分析系统 ,测量不同组别大鼠伏膈核的细胞密度、细胞直径并比较树突的发育特征。结果 细胞直径随年龄呈增长趋势 ,至出生后 3 0d(PD3 0 )已基本接近成年水平。细胞密度在出生后 0~ 15d(PD0~PD15 )呈下降趋势 ,之后基本不再变化。在发育过程中 ,主树突、次级树突和末梢树突的数目不断增多 ,树突棘密度显著增高。结论 出生后一段时期内伏膈核细胞在形态上仍要经过一个不断成熟和完善的过程 ,不同发育阶段其形态差异非常显著 ,这一特征对理解伏膈核的发育具有重要意义。Objective To explore the morphological features of nucleus accumbens (NAC) cells in rats during postnatal development. Methods The morphological changes of NAC cells on different postnatal days were studies by Nissl's and immunohistochemical stainings. Cellular diameters, cell densities and dendrite branches were measured and compared with image analyzing system. Results Cellular densities were decreased significantly with age before postnatal day 15 (PD15), and cellular diameters increased during the whole postnatal period, and after PD15 were close to the level of the adult. The marked morphological differences during postnatal development were further confirmed by the dramatic increase of the amount of primary, secondary and terminal dendrites and spines. Conclusion The results provide morphologically critical period of development in postnatal NAC.
