摘　　要：传统的病案复印流程复印者必须到医院病案科现场核对申请者资料,因病案归档时间与出院时间不一致等多种原因,导致部分复印者需要多次往返,给复印者带来不便,尤其对外地就医患者造成极大的麻烦,也增加了商业保险机构的成本。病案自助服务是采用主流的J2EE技术,通过医院终端电脑、手机、互联网构建一个多途径的、多渠道的病案自助服务体系,实现身份识别、预约、自助查询、调取、下载、打印、缴费等自助服务功能,能快速高效的获得病案资料,简化病案复印审核手续,节约成本,提高医院病案服务效率,同时下载的电子病历替代了纸质复印件,节省了社会资源,利于环保。With traditional medical record copying process, the patients must go to medical record room to get their application materials checked. It is inconvenient for the patients who need to return for several reasons such as the inconsistence of the filing date and discharge date, especially for the patients from other places. And it increases the cost for commercial insurance institutions. The mode builds a Self-service system based on the current J2 EE technique in multi-ways such as the hospital terminal computer, mobile phone, and Internet, which achieve the functions of identification, appointment, self-inquiry, retrieval, download, print, payment and so on. It can efficiently obtain medical record and simplify the procedures to save the cost and improve service efficiency. On the other hand, instead of paper medical records, the electronic medical records are environmental, and could save the social resources.
