摘  要:目的通过数据包络分析,了解某院神经外科脑膜瘤手术效率情况,对改善外科手术运营效率提供依据。方法选取主要诊断为脑膜瘤(ICD-10类目为D32),主要手术编码为01.51的手术,即脑膜病损或组织的切除术,应用数据包络分析中的投入导向(Input-oriented)的CCR模型测算某院神经外科2013年-2014年24个月脑膜瘤手术综合技术效率。结果 2013年4月的效率得分为1,为相对最优,其他月份的手术效率得分均小于1,为相对次优,2013年8月的目标值与实际值差距最大,所需减少的材料费比例最大,为44.70%。结论卫生相关部门应该制定相关政策和细则,提供相应标准,指导手术耗材使用,防止手术材料费用过高,间接避免诱导需求、过度医疗和低值耗材的浪费。Objective To know the efficiency of meningioma surgery in a department of neurosurgery by data envelopment analysis so as to improve operational efficiency to provide evidence. Methods Meningioma surgery,whose code is 01.51 and the main diagnosis is meningioma(ICD-10: D32), was selected, and apply the Input-oriented CCR model in data envelopment analysis to estimate the comprehensive technical efficiency of meningioma surgery in a department of neurosurgery from 2013 to 2014. Results The score of efficiency in April 2013, relatively optimal, was 1, and other scores, relatively suboptimal, were less than 1. The gap between the target value and the actual value in August 2013 was the largest and the proportion of the required reduction of material is 44.70%. Conclusion Health-related departments should formulate relevant policies and regulations,provide standards to guide the use of surgical supplies, to prevent the high cost of surgical materials, indirectly avoiding induced demand, excessive medical treatment and waste of low-cost supplies.
