摘　　要：目的探讨鹿骨粉对去卵巢大鼠心肌组织中抗氧化因子Sirt-3、SOD-2、HO-1和NQO-1的蛋白表达以及心脏抗氧化能力的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠两侧卵巢摘除后,将大鼠随机分为假手术(Sham)组、模型(Model)组、鹿骨粉(SBP 200、400、800 mg/kg)剂量组。术后即刻给予鹿骨粉治疗16周后处死大鼠,取出心脏进行免疫组织化学染色,检测Sirt-3、SOD-2、HO-1、NQO-1的蛋白表达情况。结果与Model组比较,SBP各组心肌组织中Sirt-3、SOD-2、HO-1、NQO-1蛋白表达均成增多趋势。结论鹿骨粉能够促进去卵巢大鼠心肌细胞中Sirt-3、SOD-2、HO-1、NQO-1蛋白表达,提高心脏的抗氧化能力。Objective To discuss the effects of sika bone power on the expression of antioxidative factors of Sirt-3,SOD-2,HO-1 and NQO-1 protein in rat heart issue after ovariectomization. Methods After the wistar rats are received the ovariectomy,the ovariectomized rats are randomly divided into five groups： Sham group,Model group,and three sika bone power groups（ SBP200 mg/kg,SBP400 mg/kg,and SBP 800 mg/kg）. They are given immediate medication for 4 months after ovariectomy,hearts are taken out to conduct chemical staining of immunologic tissues,and then we utilize Western Blot to detects expression Sirt-3,SOD-2 HO-1 and NQO-1 protein in heart issue. Results Compared with model group,the expression of Sirt-3,SOD-2 HO-1 and NQO-1 protein shows an increasing tendency in SBP groups. Conclusion The sika bone power could up-regulate the expression of Sirt-3,SOD-2 HO-1 and NQO-1protein,and improve the antioxidant ability of the heart.
