中药注射液治疗出血性卒中用药分析

摘　　要：目前治疗出血性中风的中药注射剂上市品种很多,对于治疗出血性中风中药注射剂的应用,要严格按照中药注射剂说明书规定的功能主治使用,结合其组成成分,辨证施药,严格禁止超功能主治用药。要了解注射剂的组成成分的寒热属性、慎用、禁用、溶液、配液浓度、滴速、配伍禁忌及注意事项等,并结合中药注射剂的现代药理研究,科学的应用药物,以规范和推进中药注射剂的合理应用。The treatment of bleeding strokes of traditional Chinese medicine injections many varieties listed,for treatment of bleeding stroke of traditional Chinese medicine injections of application,to strictly in accordance with the directions of traditional Chinese medicine injections prescribed use indications,combined with its composition and dialectical application,is strictly prohibited super indications medication. To understand injection composition of cold and heat property,caution,disable,solution,with a liquid concentration,dropping speed,contraindications and precautions,and combined with traditional Chinese medicine injections of modern pharmacological research and scientific application of drugs,to regulate and promote the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
