肝舒胶囊治疗慢型丙型肝炎肝纤维化

摘　　要：目的以肝纤维化血清标志物及彩色多普勒超声检测结果为观察指标探讨肝舒胶囊防治慢型丙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法慢型丙型肝炎肝纤维化患者60例为观察对象,治疗组30例给予肝舒胶囊治疗,对照组30例给予B族维生素,维生素C及维生素E常规治疗,疗程24周,并观察相关指标。结果观察结束后,治疗组肝纤维化血清学指标优于对照组,治疗组治疗后门静脉内径、血流速度、血流量、脾脏厚度等指标较治疗前有明显改善。结论肝舒胶囊能够改善慢型丙型肝炎肝纤维化相关指标,对防治慢型丙型肝炎肝纤维化具有一定作用。Objective To serum hepatic fibrosis markers and color doppler ultrasonic testing results as observation indexes to explore Ganshu capsule clinical curative effect of prevention and treatment of Chronic hepatitis C fibrosis.Methods The 60 patients with Chronic hepatitis C fibrosis as observation object,the 30 cases of treatment group was given Ganshu capsule treatment,control group 30 cases given B vitamins,vitamin C and vitamin E to conventional treatment,treatment of 24 weeks,and observed the related indicators. Results After the observation,the treatment group of liver fibrosis serological index is better than that of control group,treatment group after treatment of portal vein diameter,blood velocity,blood flow,such as the thickness of the spleen index than before treatment significantly improved. Conclusion Ganshu capsule can improve HCV hepatic fibrosis related indicators,the prevention and treatment of Chronic hepatitis C fibrosis has certain effect.
