克银合剂治疗血热型白秓疗效及对肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

摘　　要：目的研究克银合剂治疗血热型白秓(寻常型银屑病)疗效及对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选取30例寻常型银屑病血热型患者作为研究对象,进行克银合剂治疗,另选取同期接受健康体检的健康人30例作为对照组,研究克银合剂对TNF-α的影响。结果治疗前TNF-α水平显著高于健康对照组,进行克银合剂治疗后患者症状、体征评分均显著低于治疗前,各项指标水平已经接近对照组。结论克银合剂能改善寻常型银屑病血热型患者的临床症状,对TNF-α异常也有一定的改善作用。Objective The study is to observe the effect of grams of silver mixture treating blood heat syndrome with arthritic psoriasis（ psoriasis vulgaris） and the tumor necrosis factor alpha（ TNF-α）. Methods Selected 30 cases of blood heat syndrome patients with psoriasis vulgaris as research materials,giving them a treatment for gram of silver mixture,the other selected at the same time to accept physical examination as A control group of 30 cases of healthy people,controlled study of two groups of patients with tumor necrosis factor alpha（ TNF-α）. Results Patients at the end of the treatment of symptoms and signs scores were significantly lower than before the treatment,the curative effect is satisfactory. Patients before treatment TNF-αlevel was significantly higher than that of healthy control group,patients after treatment of TNF-α level was improved significantly,the grams of silver mixture group level of each index is close to the control group after treatment. Conclusion Grams of silver mixture can improve the clinical symptoms of blood heat syndrome patients with psoriasis vulgaris,there are also improve blood heat syndrome patients with psoriasis vulgaris abnormal TNF-α.
