摘　　要：针刀疗法作为一种闭合性中医微创技术,针与刀的功能并用,既能通过针刺手法对穴位进行刺激,又能起到切割、剥离的作用。较之松解颈椎病变节段,针刀治疗点以颈椎周围相关穴位及相关软组织为主,减少了损伤神经、血管的风险,更具安全性。随着针刀治疗颈椎病的研究开展,治疗过程中配合他法及术后辅助治疗等,充分调整了颈椎的动静力平衡,有助于疗效的巩固,亦是中医"整体观念"的体现。As a kind of closed TCM minimally invasive technique,acupotomy therapy has the function of acupuncture and knife. Both of the points are stimulated by acupuncture,and can play the role of cutting,stripping. Compared with the release of cervical segmental lesions,acupotomy which treats to related points around the cervical and related soft tissue,reduces the risk of nerve and blood vesselsin jury. So it is more safety. With the development of researching on acupotomy of cervical spondylosis,cooperating the other methods in the treatment process and postoperative adjuvant therapy fully adjusts the dynamic balance and static balance of cervical spine,which contributes to the efficacy of consolidation. It is also the embodiment of＂overall concept＂of TCM.
