摘　　要：信息分类编码是信息共享的基础。本文介绍信息分类编码技术发展状况,采用粒度结构分析法构造信息平台的编码结构;同时,利用该粒度结构提取平台信息编码的特征项,从而设计出一种适用海上钻井平台的信息分类编码方案;最后,通过模糊综合评价法对该方案进行效能评估。评估结果表明,在编码规则的要求下,该方案各方面指标达到良好等级。Information classification and coding is based on information sharing. This paper introduces the development of information classification and coding technology,takes advantage of granularity structure analysis to construct the information platform coding structure,meanwhile,uses this structure to extract feature items of platform information coding,presents an information classification and coding method which is applicable to offshore drilling platforms,and finally,valuates the method by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Evaluation results show that at the request of encoding rules,the method achieves a good level on all aspects of indicators.
