摘　　要：从中医药古籍抢救保护、中医药古籍知识挖掘与利用、其他工作等3个方面对近10年来中国中医科学院图书馆古籍工作进行全面回顾。中医药古籍抢救保护包括藏书环境改善、古籍修复、古籍调研、古籍缩微与数字化、古籍整理出版等,中医药古籍知识挖掘与利用包括中医古籍资源数据库建设、专题数据库建设、知识挖掘等,其他工作包括《国家珍贵古籍名录》《世界记忆名录》申报以及人才培养等。并在此基础上,对未来中医行业古籍保护和利用工作进行展望。This article made a comprehensive review on the work of Library of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in the past ten years from three aspects, such as the rescue and protection of TCM ancient books, the knowledge mining and utilization of TCM ancient books, the other work, and so on. The rescue and protection of TCM ancient books include the library environment improvement, the repair, research, microfilming and digitization of ancient books, and rearrangement and publication of ancient books. The knowledge mining and utilization of TCM Ancient books include the resource database construction of TCM ancient books, the special database construction and the knowledge mining. The other work includes the declaration of National Rare Ancient Book List and Memory of the World Register, and the talent cultivation. On this basis, this article also proposed a prospect of the work of ancient book protection and utilization in future TCM industry.
