摘 要:目的:分析训练强度与运动员心脏性能的关系。方法:选取大学一年级90名大学生作为受试者,随机分3组:30 min跑步组;60 min跑步组;90 min跑步组。三组受试每周5 d,其余2 d休息,共10周;通过RPE控制受试者的训练强度。对比分析训练前后受试大学生心脏功能的变化。结果:和训练前安静心率相比,B组与C组运动后安静心率均显著下降;C组的下降幅度和A组相比,具有显著性差异。结论:高强度训练能够增强心脏性能。Objective:To analyze relationship between training intensity and the performance of the athlete's heart. Meth-ods:90 college students as subjects in first year of college, three groups at random:30 min running group;60 min running group; 90 min running group. Three groups of participants each week 5 d, the rest of the 2 d rest, a total of 10 weeks;Through the training intensity of RPE control subjects. Comparative analysis of subjects students heart function changes be-fore and after training. Results:Compared with quiet heart rate before training, quiet heart rate after exercise group B and C group were decreased significantly;Decreased compared with group A, group C has significant differences,Conclusion:The high strength training can enhance cardiac performance.
