农业规模化经营的金融支持效应及对策研究——以广西为例

摘　　要：采用广西14市的数据,运用面板随机效应模型对农业规模化经营的金融支持效应进行实证分析。实证结果表明:金融相关率、储蓄投资转化率对农业规模化起着正向促进作用;而存贷比对农业规模化起着抑制作用,与预期不符,原因在于"一刀切"的信贷规模控制导致金融剩余资金背离三农经济,造成存贷款业务波动。为了更好发挥农业规模化经营的金融支持作用,要构建多元化金融支农体系,加大农业金融政策扶持力度,发展新型金融支农模式,加大农业机械化推广力度和鼓励青壮年劳动力回乡就业。This paper uses the model of panel random effects to analyze the effect of financial sup-port for agricultural scale management with the data of 14 cities in Guangxi Region.The empirical re-sults show that the financial related rate and conversion rate on saving investment play a positive role in agricultural scale management,while the deposit loan ratio plays a negative role in agricultural scale management,because the “clean-cut”credit scale control leads to financial surplus funds depart from the agricultural economy,resulting in loan business fluctuations.In order to promote the effect of fi-nancial support for agricultural scale management,we must build a diversified financial support agri-culture system,intensify agricultural financial policy support,develop new financial service agricul-ture mode,intensify agricultural mechanized promotion and encourage young adults back home for employment.
