县域城镇化的质量测度与提升路径:以广西为例

摘　　要：通过构建县域城镇化质量评价体系,对2006—2013年广西县域城镇化发展质量进行测度和评价,并在测度结果的基础上进一步探究了广西县域城镇化质量提升的动力机制。研究结果表明:2006—2013年广西县域城镇化整体发展迅速,城镇化质量明显提高,但县域间城镇质量存在较大差距且有进一步扩大趋势;2006—2013年间对广西县域城镇化质量提升驱动作用强弱依次为内部机制、政府机制和市场机制,内部机制作用明显表明广西县域城镇化质量提升主要依赖投资驱动。The paper measures and evaluates the quality of Guangxi county urbanization development,and further explores the motivation mechanism of county urbanization quality improvement in Guangxi,on the basis of measurement results,through the construction of county urbanization quality evaluation system from 2006 to 2013.The results show that the overall county urbanization in Guangxi has developed rapidly,urbanization quality has been improved,but there is a big gap between the town's county quality,which has a further expanding trend;the advance of county urbanization quality improvement drive are internal mechanism,government mechanism and market mechanism,and the effect of internal mechanisms obviously shows that Guangxi county urbanization drive quality improvement relies mainly on investment from 2006 to 2013.
