摘　　要：目的：研究狐尾葛藤茎的化学成分。方法：运用正反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20等分离技术分离纯化化合物,并根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果：从狐尾葛藤茎乙醇提取物中分离纯化了5个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为：（3R）-2＇,3＇-二羟基-6,7,4＇-三甲氧基异黄烷（1）、（3R）-8,2＇-二羟基-7,4＇-二甲氧基异黄烷（2）、（3S）-vestitol（3）、（3R）-（-）-7,2＇-二羟基-3＇,4＇-二甲氧基异黄烷（4）、5,7,4＇-三羟基-2＇,3＇-二甲氧基异黄酮（5）。结论：其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2-5为首次从狐尾葛中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from the ratten of Pueraria alopecuroide. Methods： Column chromatography techniques were used for compounds separation. And their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and means of spectral analysis. Results： Five flavonoids were isolated from Pueraria alopecuroide and their structures were identified as：（ 3R）-2＇,3＇-dihydroxy-6,7,4＇-trimethoxyisoflavane（ 1）,（ 3R）-8,2＇-dihydroxy-7,4＇-dimethoxyisoflavane（ 2）,（ 3S）-vestitol（ 3）,（ 3R）-（-）-7,2＇-dihydroxy-3＇,4＇-dimethoxyisoflavane（ 4）,and 5,7,4＇-trihydroxy-2 ＇,3＇-dimethoxyisoflavanone（ 5）. Conclusion： Compounds 1 - 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time and compound 1 is a new compound.
