摘　　要：本设计以S7-200 PLC控制运料小车的运转,此运料小车由一台三相异步电动机拖动,电机正转,小车右行,电机反转,小车左行。在每个站点设计呼叫开关实现手动与自动的转化,并设置行程开关检测是否达到预设位置。PLC运料小车具有节约人力物力、提高经济效益、安全可靠、操作维修简单方便等特点。This design is to control the operation of material transporting trolley with S7-200 PLC,the trolley is driven by a threephrase asynchronous motor,the trolley would in right if the motor corotates,and it would run in left if the motor rotates reverselly.A call switch was designed at each site,so as the achieve the switch between manual and automatic operation,and a stroke switch was set to detect whether it had reached preset position.PLC material transporting trolley can save resources and labor and improve economic efficiency,it is safe and reliable,it is simple and convenient to operate and repair.
