摘 要:目的了解淮南市田家庵区某2×600 MW规模燃煤发电厂产生的主要职业病危害因素,对其进行职业病危害风险评估。方法对该电厂进行职业卫生现场调查,并对其主要存在的职业病危害因素进行检测,根据调查、检测结果和健康查体资料进行风险评估。结果除灰系统灰库处的游离二氧化硅粉尘含量为11.56%~16.75%,属矽尘;定点粉尘测试22个作业点,合格率90.90%;噪声测试14个作业岗位,合格率为71.4%;高温测试2个作业岗位,均不合格;化学毒物测试19个点次,合格率100%。结论该厂主要职业病危害因素为粉尘(尤其是矽尘)、噪声、高温,需重点防护。[Objective]To identify the main occupational hazards in a 2 ×600 MW coal-fired power unit in Tianjia'an District of Huainan City,and perform occupational hazard risk assessment on it. [Methods]Occupational health field investigation was performed in this plant,and the main occupational hazards were detected. The risk assessment was based on the investigation and test results and occupational health examination results. [Results]The silica dust content in dust storage device of dust removal system was 11.56%-16.75%. The dust was tested on 22 operation points,with 90.90% of qualified rate. Noise test was conducted on 14 operation points,with 71.4% of qualified rate. Heat test was on 2 operation points,all failed. Chemical toxicants test on 19 points,all qualified.[Conclusion]The main occupational hazards are dust(especially silica dust),noise,heat in this plant which should be controlled well.
