天津市3017名从业人员戊型肝炎抗体IgM持续阳性者特征及原因分析

摘　　要：目的分析从业人员戊型肝炎抗体Ig M(抗-HEVIg M)持续阳性者的特征及成因。方法以2010—2014年间在天津市疾病预防控制中心进行健康检查的10家单位的3 017名从业人员为分析对象,使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测抗-HEVIg M及抗-HEVIg G,使用速率法检测丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT),并用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果共检出抗-HEVIg M阳性者54人,其中有10人持续阳性,比例为18.52%。男性抗-HEVIg M持续阳性率为16%,女性为20.69%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.008,P>0.05);抗-HEVIg M持续阳性率有随年龄增加而增高的趋势;从事食品行业的人员抗-HEVIg M持续阳性率为36.84%,远高于公共场所服务人员的8.57%,其差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.784,P<0.05)。讨论从业人员抗-HEVIg M持续阳性者有较明显的年龄和职业特征,但也不排除假阳性的可能。[Objective] To analyze the characteristics and causes of employees with continued positive results of hepatitis E virus antibody Ig M（anti-HEV-Ig M）.[Methods] 3 017 employees from 10 enterprises,who have received the physical examination in Tianjin Center for Disease Control and Prevention during 2010-2014,were enrolled in this study. ELISA method was used to detect anti-HEV-Ig M and anti-HEV-Ig G,the rate method was used to detect alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,and the results were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method. [Results] 54 people had the positive results for anti-HEV-Ig M,and 10 were continued positive,accounting for 18.52%. The continued positive rate of anti-HEV-Ig M in males and females was 16% and20.69% respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant（χ2=0.008,P〈0.05）. The continued positive rate of antiHEV-Ig M increased with increasing of age. The continued positive rate of anti-HEV-Ig M in food industry employees（36.84%）was much higher than that in public service employees（8.57%）,and difference was not statistically significant（χ2=4.784,P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The employees with continued positive results of anti-HEV-Ig M have the obvious characteristics of age and occupation. However,the possibility of false positive results can not be excluded.
