摘 要:目的调查一起聚集性胃肠炎事件暴发的病源、传播途径及危险因素,为有效控制疫情提供依据,为减少同类事件提供经验。方法制订病例定义并搜索,采取病例对照方法寻找可疑餐次及危险食物,采集样品进行核酸检测和分离培养。结果共搜索到疑似病例60例,确诊24例,流行曲线提示为点源暴露,2014年11月24日午餐是可疑餐次,该午餐中的客家秘制烧鸭是危险食物,邻座或共用工作卡座通道存在的接触是疫情扩散的因素,24例患者肛拭子标本经PCR检测,为诺如病毒核酸阳性,经鉴定为GⅡ.17型病毒株。结论该次疫情是一起GⅡ.17型诺如病毒导致的感染性胃肠炎暴发。[Objective]To investigate the disease source,transmission route and risk factors of an aggregation gastroenteritis outbreak,provide the basis for effectively controlling the epidemic situation,and offer the experience for reducing the similar events. [Methods]The case definition was formulated to search the cases. The case-control method was used to find suspicious meal and dangerous food,and the samples were collected to conduct the nucleic acid detection and isolation,cultivation.[Results]A total of 60 suspected cases were found and 24 cases were confirmed. The epidemiological curve revealed there was a point source. The suspicious meal was lunch on November 24,2014,and the dangerous food was Hakka roast duck. The contract through the adjacent seat or common corridor was the factor of epidemic spread. The anal swabs of 24 cases were detected by PCR,and were positive for G Ⅱ.17 Norovirus. [Conclusion]This is an infectious gastroenteritis outbreak caused by G Ⅱ.17 Norovirus.
